One in four Derbyshire skip-hire could be putting their workers at risk of injury

Almost one in four Derbyshire skip-hire and waste transfer sites visited in spot checks were found to be potentially putting their workers at risk of injury.

Bigger recycling plant on the way

CONWY County Council is pressing ahead with an expansion of a waste plant, saving cash and preventing a mountain of rubbish being sent to landfill sites.
