A skip hire boss in South Wales has denied taking payment for more than £16,000 for fly tipping. The boss of Andy Skips and Penybedd Lands stands accused alongside two others on 15 counts of fly tipping around South Wales.
Alongside the fly tipping charges, the skip hire boss also faces charges from the Environment Agency in South Wales for running waste management facilities without environmental permits and treating controlled waste without a license.
